What you’ll do:
The Business Implementation Project Manager is responsible for implementing Schwab Retirement Plan Services initiatives that improve the client experience, drive business goals and objectives, create efficiencies, and reduce costs and risk to the firm. The Field Integration Sr. Manager will deliver new projects to our client facing employees, those that consult and service our 1000+ employer clients and their 1,400,000+ employees. The manager will collaborate with internal partners to define and execute new products, services, and enhanced processes. The manager will drive implementation planning and execution, field communications, training, policies and procedures, and reporting activities to execute assigned initiatives.
What you have:
Minimum of 3 years experience managing and implementing projects to client facing organizations
Strong client focus (internal and external), an understanding of client needs and workflow, and an ability to communicate these needs to internal partners including Schwab senior management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated project management skills
Ability to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage concurrent projects
Strong mediation skills - must have the ability to weigh multiple stakeholder perspectives, escalate issues, and partner with manager to drive timely and effective decision-making
Strong analytical problem solving skills
Ability to synthesize data and develop recommendations
Results-oriented approach to business
Preferred knowledge of the financial services industry
