The Client Experience Managed Investing group is responsible for business strategy, offer design, product management and process improvement for Schwab’s retail advisory solutions. Our mandate is to design and optimize the combination of services, products, and tools to deliver an experience that exceeds clients’ expectations. To do this we work with partners and delivery organizations to ensure key processes / interactions are designed and executed smoothly.
What you’ll do:
Foster an understanding of the ways that Schwab provides fee-based advice to clients and support the team in key ways Schwab can improve the delivery and quality of that advice
Work with more senior colleagues to deliver data-driven insights that help the team produce recommendations to support actionable strategic direction and business prioritization to drive improvements to the delivery and quality of advice
Lead and assist on projects with cross-functional partners, including channel organizations (branch network, service centers, schwab.com), project management, marketing, operations, legal, and compliance
Support critical product management activities such as maintaining internal product sales and marketing information, training, and review of client facing collateral
Maintain reporting that tracks progress against goals and supports insights and recommendations
What you have:
Experience managing products or services as well as the implementation of projects with cross-functional teams
A client-centric focus – keeps clients in forefront of decisions, connects plans and actions to our purpose of serving clients
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and aptitude for understanding business processes and opportunities for improvement
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to synthesize data, and work with team to create and support recommendations
Comfort with ambiguity with an ability to learn quickly and thrive in a complex, dynamic environment
Demonstrable skills at building relationships with key business partners
Ability to manage multiple projects that vary in scope and complexity simultaneously
Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently to meet tight deadlines with little supervision
