The Staff Security Master Consumer Relationship member is responsible for supporting the onboarding of 75+ downstream applications onto the security master platform. This includes meeting with all the teams representing each new downstream application; guiding them through our onboarding and governance process; partnering to define their business and data requirements; prioritizing new requirements with product owners and technology; and managing UAT/production parallels to ensure that data meets clients’ needs. This position includes active engagement with senior leaders, business and technology partners. Expertise in analyzing data is required.
What you’ll do:
Partner with internal stakeholders to define consumer business and data requirements and data quality comparisons while managing the onboarding process of the data points
Define and streamline consumer onboarding tools and processes to enhance the onboarding experience
Coordinates material and schedules consumers attending the working leadership team meeting presentations
Organizes cross-functional activities, ensuring completion of the project i.e. product on schedule while communicating any budget constraints.
Facilitate governance approvals of data usage on behalf of new consumers. This includes tracking the use of each data point across each new consumer and presenting this information to the Security Reference Data Governance (SRDG) committee for approval
Partner with the Product Owners and data operations teams to prioritize ESM client pain points and minimize migration timeline impacts
What you have:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Financial Services Security Reference Data domain and/or Trading Lifecycle (trading, middle office, settlement and reporting)
Must have strong attention to detail, the ability to work across the enterprise or within cross-functional team
Strong data analytic skills and the ability to effectively distill a varied set of inputs to drive decisions and define requirements
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization
Ability to multitask through multiple projects at one time
General knowledge of most product security types
Familiarity using SQL to extract and analyze data highly preferred
Advanced knowledge of Excel and other MS Office Products and applications
An undergraduate degree is preferred; Master’s degree is a plus
Security licenses including series 7 preferred
