As a Team Lead on the Act Orgniazational Readiness team, you will partner with the team Resource Managers to onboard new hires and manage their development to ensure they are set-up for success and ready to start their career on an ACT Service team.
What you’ll do:
Coach and mentor new employees throughout their onboarding experience to ensure their engagement, overall development and Service team readiness
Assist team manager with daily schedule, logistics, classroom facilitation and other program management, as needed
Maintain a strong band of communication between team managers, cross-site team members, internal business partners and ACT leadership
Manage OJL and call readiness training and provide feedback, direction, and respond to questions to ensure new hire comprehension
Prepare ACT Service managers for new hires transitioning to their team by providing new hire snapshots that include metrics and areas in need of focus
Identify potential program opportunities and challenges, and work collaboratively with team members to proactively enhance program and resolve challenges
What you have:
In-depth knowledge of the ACT organization with the passion and proven capacity to sucessfully develop others
Strong understanding of ACT processes and procedures with the expert ability to navigate Schwab systems
Ability to anticipate and resolve problems under your own intitiative while also working in a collaborative team environment
Capacity to pivot and constantly shift focus based on changing priorities and/or the business environment
Superior communication, presentation, interpersonal and listening skills
Experience in facilitating formal classroom training and group presentations
Professionalism, positivity and strong work ethic with a high level of integrity and teamwork
Expertise in Microsoft Office, ie Excel, Word and Powerpoint
FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses required
Minimum of 3 years in Advisor Services preferred
Bachelor degree preferred.
