Our Opportunity:

Sales & Service Enablement (S&SE) plays a critical role supporting initiatives from strategy development to ongoing business operations. We provide support for the Investor Services (IS) field channels through people, process and technology improvements. A key function within the S&SE organization is the Investor Services (IS) Program Office & Field Advocacy Team. The IS Program Office (ISPO) is a growing function responsible for strategically aligning programs and initiatives within Investor Services and respective stakeholders through program oversight, change management and field advocacy work. The Senior Specialist will report to the Director of the Program Office & Field Advocacy Team.

The key areas of focus for the Senior Specialist are:

Program & Change Management

Assist with evolving the ISPO function to allow for greater transparency into all initiatives, ensure initiatives align with our strategic objective, and track the use of resources with our key business partners

Field Advocacy

Supporting key initiatives, and owning deliverables that align to the priorities of the field organizations and their leadership teams.

What you’ll do:

  • Program Management/Intake Process:

  • Support the process for gathering, assimilating and updating initiatives on an ongoing basis which includes socializing and uncovering project queues and inputs that should flow through the Program Office.

  • Maintain and optimize comprehensive initiative calendar that showcases impact and allows for sequencing and prioritization

  • Help drive our strategic direction by identifying how each program effort ties back to key objectives

  • Assign prioritization to projects as they run through the intake process

  • Field Engagement

  • Work with field partners and integration channels to maintain capacity models and thresholds to inform how and when we activate initiatives within strategic business channels

  • Overlay capacity thresholds into detailed calendars to inform sequencing and flow of project work streams.

  • Build and cultivate relationships with field leaders and key business partners to understand their needs

  • Adoption Measurement/Reporting:

  • Sustain and evolve adoption models to inform future planning, decisions, and to create standards based on what we know works.

  • Design, develop and build out dashboards and reporting capabilities within WorkFront to simplify the delivery of information to field and corporate partners.

  • Proactively and enthusiastically represent the needs and perspectives of the IS field organizations and S&SE

What you have:

  • Project management capabilities and working knowledge of change management principles

  • Outstanding “soft” skills - including the ability to work well with a diverse range of partners

  • Curiosity, positivity, and ability to learn quickly, adapt and thrive in a complex, dynamic environment

  • Skilled in operating at both strategic and tactical levels

  • Strong analytical skills; creative and resourceful problem-solving skills

  • A balance of patience and drive to deliver on multiple priorities concurrently; some efforts with abbreviated timelines

  • Sound judgment and ability to identify and manage trade-offs

  • Expert knowledge with Microsoft Office products, specifically PowerPoint and Excel; ability to tell a story using PowerPoint; Knowledge of Workfront a plus
